went swimming again this morning...
dam tired la.

1st, doing 20 laps of butterfly is &%*(^%$%@#!
and then we had to do 100m butterflys like 5000 times!
no joke i tell u..
dun believe go n try la...
do 100 m in butterfly under 2mins n 30 secs...
see if u die or not.

at least i noe whr i stand.
2mins flat...
not bad...

now i m dead tired...
haiz...
